Seniors / Older Adults
Participating in a chair based yoga class is a great way to help seniors stay active while honoring their unique mobility needs. Yoga benefits older adults to build a mind-body connection and encouraging time in community, thus staving off loneliness. You can find me at the several CCRCs in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County and Anne Arundel County
Sports Teams & Athletes
The asana practice will increase your flexibility and prevent injuries while meditation can help regulate stress and boost focus so you can preform at the top of your game. And participating in yoga as a team is a fun and challenging bonding experience. From softball to badminton, lacrosse to basketball, I tailor each class to your teams needs, including when they’re in the off-season or in-season. As a college athlete I wish I would have had access to yoga training so I’m thrilled to offer it now!
Private & Corporate Clients
Groups of 4+ enjoy learning yoga in a small, safe space. If you are new to yoga, this can be a great way to learn the basics before heading into a studio or general class. Folks with injuries will learn modifications to take with them so they feel confident practicing in any space. For corporations or businesses looking for a healthy team building activity I would be happy to craft a program specifically for you.
