Wild & Wonderful: A wellness summer camp in West Virginia
June 25 - 28, 2026
Wild Water. Deep Breaths. Playful Presence.
What is it about summer on the river that feels so wonderful? And what is it about losing track of time laughing with friends and moving your body with joy that feels so wild?
I think it’s about connection, fun and a love of nature. Expect moments of quiet drift, bursts of laughter, and that unmistakable feeling of being fully alive in your body.
Join me for Wild & Wonderful: A wellness summer camp at Three Otters Eco Center in Great Cacapon, WV. Happening right after the summer solstice, this is a long weekend of movement, nature, and community in the woods of West Virginia along the banks of the Potomac. Days are equal parts adventure and ease. We’ll float, paddle, and splash our way through the winding waterways of West Virginia. Nourished with delicious meals from our private chef, we'll rest when we're called to do so and let the day unfold in a mindful way.
Move Freely. Move Joyfully. Move Passionately.
Movement offerings are designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you “should” be. Across the weekend, you’ll experience a blend of grounding and energizing practices rooted in yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and intuitive flow. You’ll have the opportunity to play, to chill and just be yourself. No attachments to outcome, just pure experience to be in your body.
Classes are accessible, optional, and guided with curiosity rather than performance. You’re invited to listen to your body, take breaks, modify freely, and rediscover movement as something that feels good instead of something you have to earn.
This is about embodiment, not achievement.
With a mix of accommodations, our retreat home at Three Otters feels like summer camp for adults…with a wellness vibe. Our time together is rooted in a love of nature and the intention to to get a little wild (well, until 11:00 pm that is) and experience how wonderful it is to get out of the comfort zone and breathe a little deeper in West Virginia.
