Time to get Curious!

Celebrate a life that is sober (curious) without being somber. Feel like you did when you were a kid, living for joy and not the pay check. This isn’t your granddaddy’s AA meeting, it’s a circle of curious folks, who like you, want to live a bright, full life without booze. 

  • When sleep isn’t restful, you’re just tossing and turning or waking up without being able to fall back to sleep. 

  • When you’re quick to anger and snap at your kids, partner, roommates, dog, those randos on the internet

  • When stress has you reaching for something, anything that will take the edge off just long enough so you’re not feeling like you’re going to cry. 

  • When adding another supplement or trending “health hack” isn’t working to get you to your wellness goals

  • When you wonder, “Is this all there is…a dull feeling”

  • When you remember a time that you felt brighter but have no idea how to get back that feeling. 

This is the time for the Sober Curious Circle!

Here’s The Plan:

During the month of January and February  we’ll meet virtually on zoom for a 4-part experience designed to help you feel amazing without alcohol.

Each session weaves together:

  • Think yoga and somatic practices.

    To connect body and breath together do you notice where you hold stress and the desire to consume alcohol.

  • To feel a sense of calm and ease that you can carry with you when the urge to drink arises

  • To become aware of the patterns of drinking and envision what a joyful life is waiting for you on the other side of the bottle.

  • To know that you’re not alone. That other folks are cheering you on and wishes you success in your healthy change. You showing up for others is a critical piece of this equation.

By the end of the Reset you’ll know exactly how it feels to:

Go out with friends and feel confident ordering something other than alcohol

Handle stress without a drink in your hand.

Sleep deeply so you can wake up actually refreshed and ready for the next day

Own your power to be the brightest version of yourself.
