When making a change, big or small, you have to know your “why”.
Do you want more time for hiking? To be able to play on the floor with your kids? Get off diabetes medication? Train for a marathon?
We’ll work together to discover your “why” for making change(s) to your health and then chart a course together to make it happen. And we’ll have some fun doing it ;)
What we’ll talk about:
Nutrition: What are you putting into your body? And how does it make you feel? What are you missing from your diet that could help you to feel your best?
Movement: How and when are you moving your body? Are you moving your body as a form of punishment or with a joyful heart? What are you curious about but too scared to try?
Sleep: How much sleep are you getting per night? Do you find it hard to get to stay? To stay asleep? Do you wake up ready to start the day or hit snooze several times? Do you dream and if so, how much do you recall from your subconscious?
Stress: Where is your biggest source of stress? From work? Family obligations? Financial? How do you manage stress?
Community: Who in your life is supporting you to make positive changes? Do you have a foundation of support? If you’re looking for community, who are you hoping to find?
What we’ll do together:
Move: Somatic movement to release stuck energy and get clear about the direction you’re heading.
Breath: Breath work and meditation can be helpful to discover what you’re looking for and what you need to do moving forward.
Journal: Writing out thoughts, feelings, ideas and plans can be a great way to make progress. I’ll offer journal prompts as “homework” and encourage a daily journaling practice.
Make a plan to move forward: We’ll create the plan together and it’s up to YOU to make it happen (with my support of course)
Accountability: Text, email, phone or social media. I’ll support you in the way you need.
Reiki: A gentle form of energy work, Reiki means universal love. As a conduit for energy, we’ll send it where it is most needed, providing a relaxed state for healing.
Sound Healing: We are energetic beings having a human experience. Utilize the power of sound to shift our vibrations and change our thoughts. All you have to do is receive, let the magic of crystal singing bowls take care of the rest. Check out a sample of my sound healing experience here.

Sober Curious Circles
Ready to ditch the booze and feel your best? Sobriety isn’t about being boring—it’s about clarity, connection, and living with more love and compassion. When we remove alcohol from our lives, we remove fear and judgement and we replace them with love and compassion. This isn’t your granddaddy‘s AA meeting, it's a Sober Curious movement to feel awesome and connect with other folks on the journey.
After changing my relationship to booze in January of 2019, I knew I had to share my journey with others. As a Health Coach, I love to support folks as they explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of going alcohol-free. Expect better sleep, deeper relationships, less anxiety, improved gut health, sharper focus and more joy (without the hangovers!)
I support individuals working through this critical change and host Sober Curious Circles, group healing workshops a few times a year.
