Sober October: A 3-part Wellness Series

Ready to ditch the booze and feel your best? Sobriety isn’t about being boring—it’s about clarity, connection, and living with more love and compassion. When we remove alcohol from our lives, we remove fear and judgement and we replace them with love and compassion.  This isn’t your granddaddy‘s AA meeting, it's a Sober Curious movement to feel awesome and connect with other folks on the journey.

Join Wellness Facilitator Shawn Brown (she/her) for a month long journey to explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of going alcohol-free. Expect better sleep, deeper relationships, less anxiety, improved gut health, sharper focus and more joy (without the hangovers!)

This hybrid series includes:

  • Session 1: Sunday, September 28th at 1:00 pm (In-person, 90 min): Set intentions and build community.

  • Session 2: Thursday, October 16th at 6:00 pm (Virtual, 60 min): Mid-month check-in for support and sharing wins / frustrations

  • Session 3: Saturday, November 1st at 1:00 pm (In-person, 90 min): Reflect, integrate, and celebrate with a potluck.

Each session weaves in movement practices like yoga as well as sound healing, meditation, journaling and of course, community. An optional WhatsApp group offers extra connection along the way.

Imagine heading into November feeling empowered, supported, and ready to embrace a Sober Curious lifestyle with other folks who really "get it" . Everything you want is on the other side of fear, so drop the old narratives and explore a new mindset this Sober October.

Investment: $111 for the 3-part series
