Sounds like Spring

Join me for an evening to celebrate the start of Spring. We'll plant our intentions for the new season through meditation, journaling prompts and a sound bath to close it out. When we tap into the energetic shifts of nature we move towards alignment with the earth and, in time, with ourselves. Celebrating the start of spring we'll come out of our hibernation, turn our faces to the sun and begin the work of tending our gardens. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a journal + pen and come with an open heart ready to receive.

Investment: $35 (early bird) / $40

Sober Curious Circle @ The Sedona House

Are you a woman feeling called to make a change to your relationship to alcohol?

Do you want to drink less, but are nervous to lose friends?

Do you know you will feel better without booze but don't know how to get started with this change?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please join me for the Sober Curious Circle at The Sedona House.

At the heart of this circle is curiosity, not perfection. Together we'll explore questions like, "What does it feel like to stop drinking- mentally, physically and spiritually?" and "How might my relationships change when I take booze out of the equation?"

When we meet our emotions with curiosity and non-judgement we allow the energy to flow and we can live our lives with more authenticity. This is not a program like AA, there are no steps to follow, we aren't counting days sober and there are no expectations to meet. There's not a last day or a final destination and the journey can be as long or as short as you would like. Rather, this is a space for women interested in changing their relationship to booze to share and grow together.

Included in the workshop: somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and journaling. A critical piece of the workshop is the time set aside for sharing personal experiences, reflections and ideas. We'll close with a with a sound bath at the end.

Ticket price: $40

Early-bird price: $35 until 3/1; use code: CURIOUS. Sign up here

Sober Curious Circle: New Moon in Cancer // July 2023

I'm thrilled you're interested in receiving support as you explore and perhaps change your relationship to alcohol. At the heart of this circle is curiosity, not perfection. Together we'll explore questions like,  "What does it feel like to stop drinking, mentally, physically and spiritually?" and "How might my relationships change when I take booze out of the equation?" When we meet our emotions with curiosity and non-judgement we allow the energy to flow and we can live our lives with more authenticity.

This is not a program like AA, there are no steps to follow, we aren't counting days sober and there are no expectations to meet. There's not a last day or a final destination and the journey can be as long or as short as you would like. Rather this is a space for women who are interesting in changing their relationship to booze to share and grow together. More than a club, with the connotation of membership and a in-group vs out-group, it is a circle, one that is open to to folks curious about what their life would look like without booze.

Logistics: We'll meet virtually via zoom on the new moon for about an hour. There will be time for sharing personal experiences and ideas.  I'll offer breath work and meditations as well journaling prompts during our time together. Resources are available if they will serve you, but nothing is required. Participate as much or as little as you like. The group is here to support you and you are here to support the group as we all consider what authentic living feels like when alcohol is removed or minimized.

Disclaimer: I am not an addiction specialist or mental health professional. I am a trained Health Coach and a person who changed their relationship to alcohol. If you feel you have substance abuse / addiction then you will do well to speak with someone who is qualified from a medical perspective.
